Handbook changelog

Keep up to date with our Handbook for all Significant happenings around Significa. Our Handbook will never be ready; it’ll constantly be evolving, and it may be hard to keep up. So, each time a change is made, we add a little update here about that change and the link to the page.

As we're shortly launching PAL sessions, we've put together some resources for both PALs and mentees to make the most of their sessions. Head to PAL Library to get started.

We've added a section in Personal Development, specifically on Events and conferences to guide knowledge sharing to maximise ROI from events and conference attendance.

Added Keyword Search to the Handbook to make it easier to find stuff, we guess, available from the Handbook homepage.

ABCD Performance has been updated to incorporate a fairer progression system, removing some rules that prevented advancement to a certain Level.

Setting your KPI's has been updated to direct you to our internal page for documenting your Individual KPI's.

Help via Pulso: we are occasionally asked if people can have more sessions on top of their entitled six sessions with a therapist included in the Pulso pack. Yes is the answer. We are ensuring that anybody who needs has access to a further six sessions with a professional.

The changes below reflect changes from August 1st to December 17th, 2024. We’ll be adding more regular updates going forward, and with each change, a new addition is made.

  • Perks and benefits: that they are open to all team - we also added Barbie to our health insurance recently, which made him very happy.

  • Hiring criteria: a paragraph was added to highlight our preference to hire locally rather than those who would relocate for a role at Significa.

  • A section on Nursing mothers added to Returning to Work.

  • Company travel - updated with the latest instructions on how to arrange your company travel.

  • Team satisfaction reports: added August ‘24 results.

  • Billing and invoicing has been updated as we no longer bill using Packages. This page has been updated in line with our latest proposals.

  • Compensation sub-chapter has been renamed Money matters.
