Bonus
Significa's success doesn't depend on a few people alone. Like with any business, it depends on everyone's collective effort. As stated in our Mission and Values, we fail and succeed together.
With this in mind, it wouldn't be coherent of us to hand out bonuses based purely on your individual performance. It wouldn't be fair to focus exclusively on your individual KPIs while completely ignoring Significa's and your Department's.
So, in keeping with our “all for one and one for all” mentality, bonuses will be handed based on the combination of your individual success and Significa's. In other words, if Significa achieves its KPIs, and then you and your Department follow suit, Bonuses shall fly off from our bank account to yours.
How to get a bonus.
In case it isn't fully clear, we'll try harder: you'll get a bonus if Significa, your department, and you reach all your KPIs.
You'll set a minimum of 2 KPIs per quarter, as stated in Setting your KPIs, and it should be straightforward for you to achieve those because, remember, they should be focused on your career progression growth and aligned with your team’s goals. There will be plenty of support for you to achieve. So, over the year, you'll have to complete 8 KPIs. That's it.

How is the Bonus paid?
We'll know if we reached Significa's KPIs after the financial book closing in January, so that's when we’ll have our final mathematical confirmation that bonuses will happen.
The Bonus will be paid along with your salary in April. This bonus will be based on your last salary (December) from the previous year.
