PAL library
Hey PALs, it’s good to have you here. This little section of the handbook is for both of you. Being a PAL is a two-way street, whether you are mentoring or being mentored, there is a lot of room for growth and opportunity to use other perspectives to learn and develop. You’ll find various docs here to help you out, in terms of setting up your sessions, preparing in advance, giving and requesting feedback, and how you can link these sessions to your ABCD performance reviews.
As always, there is a lot out there in the big wide world for us to learn from too, check out the resources and feel free to contribute more that you may have come across that you think others will find handy.
