All-hands

What is it, though?

The All-Hands (for now. But hey, we're open to cooler name suggestions) is a bi-weekly all-team meeting where you are encouraged to share your latest accomplishments, updates on projects, and things you are proud of.

We want it to be about more than just updates. We want to bring all of us together and showcase the extraordinary work being done across Significa. Every voice deserves a spotlight, whether a big project milestone or a small yet meaningful win. Together, we lift each other up through recognition, transparency, and open communication.

These 60-minute sessions take place on-site every other Friday at 4:00 PM. If a national holiday falls on an All-hands Friday, we'll simply move it to the previous Thursday. Easy!

How it works

Each session features three speakers – not more, not less.

If you want to participate as a speaker, just register your interest in the #all-hands Slack channel. We'll then find a slot for you and will help you prepare for the presentation.

And even if you're not presenting, you're still an important part of it. Whether you cheer for your colleagues during kudos time, ask thoughtful questions, or just be a great listener, your presence makes all the difference.

The sign-up and preparation process

You can demonstrate your interest in participating until the Monday before each All-Hands.

Even though we don't expect each presentation to be a TED talk, we'll work with you to flesh out your content and visuals. We want these presentations to feel fun and impactful, unlike extra homework.

No Volunteers? No Problem!

If we don't get enough people signing up by Monday before the All-Hands, we'll select a few participants to fill in the available slots.

Don't worry, though! We'll give you a heads-up by Tuesday, so we have enough time to prepare.

The session

Each All-hands meeting will be structured as shown in the table. There will be a time for the Presentation (P) plus some added time for Questions and Answers (Q&A).
