Working with AI

We use AI-powered tools to support and accelerate certain tasks within our workflow. This includes activities such as code generation, design prototyping, content drafting, quality assurance, research, and accessibility testing. These tools help us work more efficiently without compromising the quality, creativity, or strategic rigour our clients expect.

All AI-assisted work is reviewed, refined, and approved by our team. Final decisions, creative direction, strategic planning, and client communication remain firmly in human hands. We do not rely on automated outputs without verification, and we remain fully accountable for everything we deliver.

We do not input confidential or proprietary client information into third-party AI systems unless explicitly agreed in writing. Where AI tools are used, data is either anonymised, processed locally, or handled through secure, privacy-compliant platforms. Client data protection remains a priority across all our processes.

As AI technology evolves, the tools we use may change. We commit to maintaining the same standards of quality, security, and transparency, and will inform clients of any material changes to how AI is integrated into our work.
