From the people who work at Significa, who we actively try to make happier and happier, to the clients that Significa works for, to whom we try to deliver the best, most impactful, most sustainable products we possibly can.
So, becoming a B Corp isn’t just about getting a certification. It isn’t just about getting one more logo to use on our website and our email signatures. It is about making a conscious decision to hold ourselves accountable for the way we do business. It’s a commitment to building products and experiences that not only serve our clients and their end users but, by doing so, positively contribute to our people, our communities, and our planet.
We’ve always cared about doing things the right way, and becoming a B Corp gives us a clear framework to measure and improve our impact. It pushes us to be more intentional, more transparent, and more ambitious in our efforts to drive positive change and to be a continuously better version of Significa.
This first report is a reflection of where we stand on this journey. It’s honest, transparent, and, like everything we do, driven by purpose. Each year going forward, we’ll share what we’ve accomplished, where we’ve fallen short, and where we’re headed next, striving to do better, always. This commitment to improvement embodies our core values: the empathy to understand our impact on others, the teamwork needed to create meaningful change, the playfulness that drives innovation, the integrity to be transparent about our journey, and the ambition to never settle for 'good enough'.
“We're proud to be part of a global movement reshaping business for good. And we're even prouder to do it in a way that feels unmistakably Significa.”

CEO
In order to certify, companies complete the B Impact Assessment, which uses a point-based system to help B Lab, the nonprofit network behind B Corp certification, measure a business's positive impact in a standardised way. Companies are assessed across five impact areas: Community, Customers, Environment, Governance, and Workers. For reference, 50.9 is the median score for ordinary businesses, 80 qualifies for certification; 90.3 is our current score.
How we stay accountable covers transparency, ethics, and ensuring that our mission to be the best we can be drives decision-making at every level. It’s about running Significa with integrity and purpose.
One of the most significant parts of the certification process was amending our governing documents to align with B Corp principles. This ensures that our business decisions prioritise people and the planet besides profit. To do this, we increased transparency in the following key areas:
We established a Code of Ethics to reinforce integrity in all aspects of our work.
We introduced a whistleblowing policy as a safe reporting mechanism to ensure accountability.
We developed a Governance Framework to streamline decision-making processes and clarify responsibilities.
We defined concise pay levels for all roles to promote fairness and equity.
We completely restructured and enriched our Handbook, so it becomes a comprehensive guide to our policies, culture, and values to further promote transparency and accessibility for our team and our clients & community.
Learn about all there is to know about Significa, from recruitment policies to leaves and perks, no detail is left out.
Increase transparency by holding regular All-hands sessions, ensuring open communication between leadership and employees.
Roll out a comprehensive KPI/OKR framework that aligns personal growth with company objectives and is linked to a new bonus structure.
