A story worth telling.

FC Porto held a vast archive of photography, drone footage, iconic audio recordings, and thousands of objects left by supporters at the Estádio do Dragão. We combined all those memories to shape them into coherent and emotionally resonant experience.

Design and engineering, side by side.

Our designers and front-end developer worked together from day one. We used AI to structure the narrative early, giving both teams a shared reference point before design began. While the designers explored visual direction, developers were already building the animation architecture: reusable, configurable, and fast to iterate on.

Designers and developers iterated in real time. When something wasn't working, it was caught and resolved immediately.

The details that made the difference.

From thousands of tribute objects, we selected three, each tied to a fan testimony captured on video. It gave the archive section an emotional anchor that curation alone couldn't.

The soundscape followed the same thinking. Ambient texture, occasional piano notes, and recordings of the stadium itself (crowd songs, applause) layered beneath the iconic audio of Pinto da Costa's own voice. The kind of sound design you feel before you consciously notice it.

Typography and framework choices followed the same logic: deliberate, considered, and worthy of the occasion.

FC Porto trusted us with something that mattered deeply to the history of the club and its fans, and we didn't take that lightly. The result is a memorial that holds the weight of a remarkable career.
