Year-on-year increase in season tickets sold, reaching approximately 31,400 annual seats by 31 December 2025.
Year-on-year increase in total ticketing revenue (season tickets and match-day tickets combined), representing an additional €893k.
When FC Porto approached us, their goal was clear: move from physical ticketing to a fully digital platform that would transform how the club connects with fans.
FC Porto fans used to navigate multiple logins, printed tickets, and third-party resellers. Now everything happens in one place.
No more guessing which system to log into, no more searching through emails for confirmation codes, no more printing tickets at the last minute or panicking about whether a screenshot will scan at the gate.
Everything is designed around how fans actually behave, not how backend systems are structured.
Área Pessoal is where fans manage upcoming matches, view seat history, access digital cards, check account balance, review transaction history, and view invoices. Season ticket holders can renew in just one click.
If fans can't make it to a match, they can resell their seat through the club's official secondary market, cutting out dodgy third-party resellers entirely.
The platform also tracks match attendance, both home and away. The more games a fan attends, the higher their priority when away tickets go on sale. It's a system that rewards loyalty and ensures the most dedicated fans get first access.

Buying a ticket used to mean guessing: “Row 12, Seat 43? I guess that’s fine”. But what does that actually tell you? Will you see the goal or land behind a post?
Now, fans can use an interactive 3D seat selection tool that shows exactly where they'll sit and what they'll see. Spin Estádio do Dragão or zoom into Dragão Arena, pick the angle you want, then buy your ticket.
The digital access card lives in your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. We designed and implemented this coordination with FC Porto's integrated managing system. Add it once to your device and it updates automatically for every match. When you arrive at Estádio do Dragão, just tap and walk in.

The secondary market runs on a closed-loop system that keeps resale and transfers within FC Porto's ecosystem. Fans can list their seat, and the transaction is verified and tracked by the club. If their ticket sells, the money goes directly into the fan's account for future matches, merchandise, or membership fees, while still contributing to their assiduity tracking.
Launching during the season ticket renewal campaign meant thousands of fans using the platform from day one. We didn't wait for bug reports to filter through internal channels. We monitored Reddit, X, and FC Porto's forums directly, seeing issues as fans experienced them and shipping fixes in real time.
Fans noticed. When they raised a problem in the morning and saw it resolved by evening, they knew someone was actually listening. That responsiveness built trust faster than any marketing campaign could.

“FC Porto trusted us with one of their most critical fan touchpoints. That trust came with responsibility, and we delivered on it.”

The platform launched with immediate adoption and overwhelming fan response.
Season ticket sales during the renewal period smashed records, with a 13% year-on-year increase reaching approximately 31,400 annual seats by the end of 2025. Fans praised the speed and simplicity of the new flows on social media, with renewals completing faster than ever before.
“Two minutes to buy a season ticket: that's the speed we delivered, and fans had never experienced anything like it.”

Ticketing revenue grew by 11% year-on-year, representing an additional €893k across season tickets and match-day sales combined.
For the first time, FC Porto gained full ownership of its ticketing ecosystem and a direct, data-driven connection to its fans.
The project created a scalable foundation ready for future growth, built on a design system that will keep evolving.
The platform anchors FC Porto's wider digital transformation strategy, which includes new membership portals, transparency initiatives, and modernised access systems. Together, these efforts position FC Porto as a leader in digital innovation within European football.
