Diesta is unlocking a new level of premium processing, rethinking how money moves through the insurance industry.

When we pay for insurance, be it house, car, health, pet… that money bounces between brokers, intermediaries, and insurers, splitting into taxes, commissions, and premiums along the way. Behind the scenes, it's manual reconciliation and Excel spreadsheets at scale.

Diesta's platform automates the entire process, reconciling payments in real time. We helped them evolve their platform into something that could scale with their ambition: rethinking how the product worked, looked, and felt from the ground up.

Rethinking the Diesta experience.

We workshopped and mapped our way through improvements, new features, and necessary tweaks, focusing on the platform's main flows.

We fixed interaction patterns: modals, clickable table rows, and expected behaviours, making complex processes feel manageable.

We drew parallels between Diesta's payment flows and patterns we'd solved before. An insurance payment process isn't so different from an e‑commerce checkout when you strip it back: the user wants to complete a task quickly, intuitively, and without friction.

No screen left to chance.

Account settings may seem like an afterthought. We treated them with the same rigour as every other part of the platform.

Design System.

design system reinforces brand identity at every touchpoint and provides the foundation that shapes and unifies every aspect of a product. It ensures the platform and website can grow by adding content, features, and pages without compromising visual quality or consistency.

Marketing website.

We brought new energy to Diesta's branding, leaning into their gradient and adding animation to elevate the experience.

The website guides users through use cases, platform features, and resources, leading them naturally towards booking a demo.

Designing for unfamiliar territory

We didn't know insurance payments when we started. Here's how we approached a domain we'd never designed for before.
