allO is a smart, modular platform designed to streamline restaurant operations, boost team productivity, and deliver an elevated experience to every guest, from the first order to the last receipt.
Total number of unique users who visited a site.
Percentage of users who left a site after viewing only one page.
Average time users spend on a site per visit.
Leads generated by the new website.
We've been working with allO since day one, and we were excited to help them kick off this new chapter with a bold new brand identity, an evolved product offering, and a marketing website designed to match their ambition to revolutionise the restaurant industry from the inside out.
While allO had grown into a full-featured restaurant management platform, including POS, Kitchen Display System (KDS), Back Office, and more, it was still being misread by many as just a food delivery tool. The new website was an opportunity to reset that perception and communicate what allO is: a robust, all-in-one system designed to optimise every aspect of restaurant operations.
allO’s team had one key requirement: the website needed to double down as a sales tool. This meant equipping sales reps with something they could walk clients through, while keeping it intuitive for new users landing on the site for the first time. The result is a marketing site that’s equal parts informative and persuasive.
“Our last branding was launched 3 years ago and it won us Red Dot Design Award. With the upgrade this time, we want to send a strong message to our local restaurant partners: You deserve a beautiful and powerful platform that is as delicious as your food. ”

Co-founder & CEO of allO
From front-of-house to back-of-kitchen, allO is built for the people running the show. That’s why, together with the allO team, we designed the website to put their solutions right up front —literally, in the main menu. This structure highlights their broad, modular offer from the get-go, making it easy for potential clients to see exactly what fits their needs.
The solutions are organised by type of restaurant, and it's arguably the most intuitive way for allO’s audience to navigate it. And each one features a custom 3D animation that brings the corresponding cuisine to life.
This animated approach carries through to the Products section, where we showcase the full ecosystem of tools allO offers. From Point of Sale (POS) to Kitchen Display Systems, Scan to Order, allO Pay, and more, the animations help illustrate how the platform adapts across multiple devices and touchpoints, making the user experience as seamless as the product itself.
To bring this vision to life, we developed a series of custom 3D renders in Blender, tailored to each restaurant type and key product touchpoint, including allO Pay and the take-away kiosk. These visuals demonstrate how seamlessly allO integrates into any kind of restaurant setup, from Dine-ins and Japanese Buffets to Wirthaus and Malatangs.
One of the biggest challenges was finding the best way to integrate the 3D renders without compromising the website's performance. After several iterations, we landed on a solution: a sequence of carefully optimised images rather than video. The result? Smooth 3D effects with zero impact on speed.
We created a set of custom 3D icons in Blender to represent different users within allO’s ecosystem. From chefs to guests, each icon helps visually reinforce the roles allO connects, while keeping the look and feel consistent across the website.
From page transitions to animated details, the website flows as seamlessly as the product it showcases. Every movement was designed to feel intentional and intuitive, mirroring the experience of using allO itself.
allO's 404 page reflects our collaborative spirit: it was one of our developers who suggested hiding it in plain sight, so we turned the idea into a fun little easter egg!
This launch is just one step in an ongoing collaboration that continues to evolve. With new products in the works and big ideas on the table, what we’ve built so far is only the beginning. There’s plenty more to come, and we’re just getting started.
