Product Designer

Who we are looking for.

We need a product designer who approaches design systematically. Someone who builds holistic solutions that scale with the product, rather than designing screen by screen in isolation.

You'll work on complex products: e-commerce platforms, enterprise tools, internal systems. Projects where getting the flow right should matter more than making it look good (though we expect both).

This isn't a junior role needing constant direction, nor a senior role leading teams. You'll lead projects end-to-end, make decisions confidently, and collaborate with developers, clients, and other designers without needing hand-holding.

This role is for you if…

You want to work closely with your team (we are office-first with flexible remote days), you have a background in product design and are genuinely invested in it, you want to work on complex problems with real constraints, and you value both the creative practice and strategic thinking in your work, and you are comfortable with spoken and written English.

This role is NOT for you if…

You need detailed direction on every task, you're primarily a visual or brand designer looking to "try product", or you want to work alone without client or team interaction.

About the role.

Own product design on client projects. Think through user flows, information architecture, interaction patterns. Design from constraints: business logic, technical feasibility, user needs.

Make decisions confidently. Understand what the client is trying to achieve (not just what they asked for). Question briefs when they don't make sense and defend decisions with reasoning.

Work effectively with others. Present work to clients and stakeholders, explaining your rationale clearly, iterating based on feedback without taking it personally. You’ll work directly with developers who'll build what you design and bring your perspective and experience to the wider team, contributing to our Culture.

Work with AI tools. You should have experience using AI in your design workflow and be open to rapidly evolving processes and new ways of working.

What we offer.

Salary: €26,000-€38,000 (depending on experience).

Real responsibility. Own design on projects that matter to actual businesses. Work directly with clients who trust your judgement, and make decisions that affect thousands of users.

Professional growth. Learn product thinking in an agency environment by working with people who've been doing this for many years within projects across multiple industries.

A team that gives a damn. We're a B Corp and 1% for the Planet member. Work alongside people who are committed to designing and building products that are ethically, inclusively, and sustainably.

Room to innovate. Freedom to experiment with new AI tools and approaches that make our work better and smarter.

We're gonna make you an offer you can't refuse.

We don't approve of the Godfather's unorthodox methods, but we do have some pretty cool things to offer.
